A spotlight on Christmas events and Hallmark Homes!

Christmas is almost upon us and, like pretty much everyone else, we at North Harbour have been amazed by how quickly 2016 has passed.

Time does indeed fly when you’re busy (and having fun) and in the past year we’ve opened our sales office, 35 home Display Village (the largest on the north side of Brisbane) and most importantly welcomed our first residents – Gary and Jenny Hayes. By early next year we’ll be able to say “hundreds of people live at North Harbour”. That’s an incredible milestone and a huge thank you as always to our residents and everyone who has supported our new community.

Our local community in our beautiful Moreton Bay Region is extremely important to us and we like to give back when possible with donations, sponsorship and a helping hand where needed. Christmas is the perfect time to do just that and for the third year we’re a major sponsor of the Burpengary Christmas Spectacular which is being held on Saturday, December 3^rd.

The Spectacular is a great afternoon/ evening for the whole family with free rides, entertainment, fireworks and lots of Christmas shopping opportunities. Don’t forget to pack your picnic blankets and chairs for carols by candlelight and keep an eye out for North Harbour team in our bright blue tent. Time: Saturday December 3^rd from 3pm, fireworks at 7:15pm

Place: Burpengary Community Centre, 111 Station Road, Burpengary

Cost: FREE entry and rides plus lots of free activities. Opportunity to purchase food and drink. There are also plenty of stalls to shop for Christmas gifts and treats.

The following weekend we’ll be hosting our inaugural Movies in the Village Park event. We’ll be showing the classic “A Muppet Christmas Carol” at 7:30pm with the event kicking off at 6:30pm with some Christmas presents for the kids. BYO blankets, chairs and Christmas spirit.

• Time: Saturday December 10^th from 6:30pm, movie starts at 7:30pm
• Cost: FREE movie and popcorn and Christmas presents for the kids. Please BYO drinks, blankets/ chairs, whatever you need to be comfy. Also, please remember to be respectful and make sure everyone gets a chance to see the movie – anyone breaking cardinal movie enjoyment rules i.e. talking loudly, walking in front of the screen etc will be asked to leave. Children are very welcome to sit at the front but we ask that parents keep a close eye on them at all times.
