It’s been a great week at North Harbour. The sun came out, we completed construction on Reflections Park, work on our Heritage Precinct continues apace and a $11.5M Soccer Complex five minutes from North Harbour was announced for our partners Caboolture FC!

There’s lots to get to this week including showcasing our latest homes for sale, so I’ll just dive right in.

$11.5M Burpengary East Soccer Complex

Great news for local soccer fans and supporters of Caboolture FC – a new, state of the art $11.45M soccer facility is under construction and scheduled to open in February 2019 at the Moreton Bay Central Sports Complex, just five minutes from North Harbour.

The Soccer Precinct will provide further sporting fields and clubhouse facilities on the site which also houses a $14M AFL Precinct, home to our community partner, Moreton Bay Lions AFSC. The project is aimed to provide further sporting options and recreation opportunities available for residents in the Burpengary area and surrounds. Go northside!

We love our footy and sport in general at North Harbour. Future North Harbour proposed development includes our own sports complex with a range of sports fields and space for other supporting activities.

The North Harbour plan also includes over 1,000 acres of open recreational space and parklands incorporating children’s playgrounds, exercise equipment, canoe launching platforms, walking tracks, bicycle tracks and of course our under-construction Heritage Precinct.

Giddyup for Melbourne Cup!

On November 7^th the race that stops a nation is at it again, giving everyone the excuse to drink and watch televised sport – if any excuse were needed! If you’re not headed to the track and are looking for something to do locally, read on.

This year as well as raffles, promotions and general frivolity there are both a special luncheon and garden party. 

If you do miss out or prefer another venue, North Lakes Golf Club is also hosting a garden party and Redcliffe’s beautiful waterfront hotel Mon Komo is hosting a special lunch.
