Terms and Conditions of North Harbour Grant
Please note that these are generic terms to be recognised and agreed prior to an application for a grant being made. Once the grant is offered, a comprehensive and personalised agreement will be provided and will need to be signed by both parties prior to grant funds being dispensed.
- Completing the online form does not guarantee a grant.
- All grant forms must be completed online, and in full, for an application to be considered. If information is partial or missing, we reserve our right not to consider the application.
- To be eligible for a North Harbour Grant, you must be an authorised representative of a not for profit charity (with a charity number), Club, group or similar. You can find out whether you satisfy this criteria, here.
- All grant decisions will be made by North Harbour and are binding. You will be contacted to confirm that we have received your application and whether it is successful. No other correspondence will be entered into, and the decision is final and absolute.
- All funds are to be used as described in your application only.
- To receive grant funds your organisation must have an account in the organisation name. No cash transfers or private accounts can be used.
- Samples of how you can work with North Harbour include, but are not limited to:
- NH logo on your website
- Promotion of NH on social media platforms
- Photo taken with NH for marketing purposes
- Invite NH to see where the money has been allocated
- May be offered other activities to benefit their organisation by NH
- The recipient must acknowledge the assistance provided by the NH in all communications with media
- We have a number of banners that are available for use to display at events or functions.
- We also trust that you have no objection to NH promoting our support to you and your achievements through our publicity channels including our media releases to the media, our website and social media pages, and various community support reports or similar reports that we produce. If your organisation has any privacy issues or similar objections to us promoting your achievements in any of these ways, please contact us ASAP.
