Welcome to this week’s North Harbour Blog. We’ve had an extremely busy week as we prepared for the release of Lindquist, Stage 15, a very special release which offers 1,000 Acres of Open Space and Parklands as your backyard.

We’ve also hit a major milestone in bringing our masterplan to life with 400 families now having purchased at North Harbour! Aidan Winter, our Sales Consultant, explains why Stage 15 marks another important step forward in North Harbour’s development.

FINAL COUNTDOWN FOR FIRST HOME BUYERS GRANT!

If you’re looking for a new home and you qualify as a First Home Buyer then get in quick – the countdown is on with just 70 days to get your contract signed to be eligible! The First Home Buyers Grant is currently a huge $20,000 but only until 30 June 2017. Provided by the State Government, the First Home Buyers Grant is a one-off financial grant only available to those buying their first home in Australia who meet all the eligibility criteria.

Eligible recipients must be:

– at least 18 years old
– purchasing a new property under $750,000
– an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
– receiving the grant for the first time
