The Grand Tour

Home Designs | Grand Tour

The Grand Tour offers house hunters the chance to win a share in $5,000 of prizes just by touring our 33 home Display Village! North Harbour’s Display Village is the biggest and best on the Northside of Brisbane, with 33 home designs to discover, offering the very latest interior and exterior home styles and features.

A visit to North Harbour is a great way to explore the latest and greatest from 17 of Australia’s best builders in one location: Bold Properties, Burbank, Coral Homes, Hallmark Homes, Intergrale, GJ Gardner, Metricon, Pantha, Oracle, OJ Pippin, Orbit, Stylemaster, Valeco, Homes by CMA, Sunvista, McLachlan and Stroud. For more information on North Harbour’s Display Village including an interactive map visit www.northharbour.com.au.

If you want to be in with a chance to win, drop into the Sales and Information Centre and grab a Grand Tour passport from a member of our Sales team. As you tour the Display Village, make sure you get your passport stamped by each of North Harbour’s 17 builders on your way around the Display Village – you need a stamp for each of the 33 Display Homes. AND, to celebrate the launch of BITE Markets at North Harbour, we’ve extended the competition until Monday March 11th – so you have plenty of time to complete your passport over a few visits if you want. The Display Village and Sales and Information Centre are open 10am-5pm every day.

BUT do be aware that some builders are not open every day – so you may need to visit on different or additional days. Then, when you’re done, drop your completed passport back into the Sales and Information Centre into the specially marked “Grand Tour” letterbox and you’re in with a chance to win!

First prize is $2,500

Second prize: $1,500

Third prize: $500

Plus, five runner up prizes of $100

Entrants must be over 18 and terms and conditions apply – these are displayed on the North Harbour website here and Facebook event page.

Opening Friday March 1, BITE at North Harbour will be a place for people to gather, eat, drink, spend time with friends and family, a place everyone is welcome, and will be full of colour, adventures, wonderful food and all sorts of flavours! BITE at North Harbour is a custom-designed fully-fenced 5,000sqm dining precinct, with dedicated parking for more than 600 cars.

Leading the culinary charge and exclusive to BITE at North Harbour is Mitte Berlin Street Food, the creation of Moreton Bay region locals Suzanne and Brett Lang who will also operate their famed Ice Tea Man. They will be joined by Don Quijote Paella and Tapas (Spanish), September 18 (the popular North Lakes restaurant), Zoe’s Brownies (from Kallangur local, Teegan Kuenz), Come on Mate! Gourmet Japanese, Fresh Gozleme, Tibetan Momo Café, Mr Bunz, Romantica Restaurant (Italian), Donut Kitchen, Mister Churros, Mini Dutch Pancakes – Poffertjes, Nude Juice, Mocktail Madness and more, representing a culinary journey around the globe.

With parking for more than 600 cars and located at exit 150 off the Bruce Highway on Nolan Drive in Morayfield, just 12 minutes from North Lakes and 25 minutes from Brisbane, BITE Markets at North Harbour proudly celebrates produce of the Moreton Bay region, as a food market that overflows with taste, colour and entertainment for people and palates of all ages.

“As the northside’s great food adventure, BITE at North Harbour represents a new hub for local food creators and food lovers. At home in the fastest growing region of Australia in the Moreton Bay region, we are thrilled to announce that BITE Markets at North Harbour will open on Friday, March 1. BITERS are set for a culinary journey around the globe with dishes from Malaysia to Spain, Italy to Japan, Tibet to Turkey and everywhere in between, all created on-site. Of course, everyone is dedicated to championing local produce.”
