About North Harbour

North Harbour is a unique, multi-award winning residential development in the northern corridor between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Located along 9km of direct river frontage, North Harbour is just 10 minutes by boat from beautiful Moreton Bay and surrounding islands.

North Harbour boasts amenities which are truly 21st-century with access to the fastest residential broadband connection in Australia and reticulated natural gas to every home. Already on site are a childcare centre, café and open air dining precinct, Bite Markets, with more to follow as the community continues to grow. Well located for easy access to the Bruce Highway, two local train stations are just 10 minutes away and local shopping centres, as well as Costco, Bunnings and IKEA are within easy reach.

North Harbour differs from similarly sized southeast Queensland developments in that on completion it will offer a huge 1000 acres of open space and parklands (larger than Central Park in New York) including environmental corridors and river access.

This proposed 1000 acres of open space and parklands includes walking and bike tracks, river access, lots of trees (more than 60,000 native trees have already been planted) and plenty of play equipment for young and older kids, BBQs, artworks and picnic areas as well as sport and fitness equipment. North Harbour has multiple parks open already and offers weekly free events which are open to everyone in the community including parkrun and Sunrise Yoga.
