G’Day North Harbour and hope you all had a very pleasant Australia Day. This week has been another extremely busy one for our Sales Team; we’ve sold over 50% of lots in our latest sales release, prepared yet more events for our ever-growing calendar and started a brand-new promotion.
Firstly, our new promotion! Anyone who completes a Registration of Interest form in our Sales Office from now until Sunday 26th February will go in the weekly draw to receive a $100 Fuel Card to spend at BP. If you’ve previously visited North Harbour you’ll be aware that the local BP fronts our land on the Bruce Highway (between Exits 146 and 150) which makes filling up very handy. This promotion is only open to NEW enquiries and terms and conditions apply, visit here for more. We’ll be drawing one card a week for four weeks so you have until the end of February if you’d like to be in with a chance to win. So, if you, a friend or family member are interested in finding out more about the North Harbour community it’s a great time to sign up.
Sales-wise we continue to fly! Stage 13A, The Keppel Release, is going great guns. We’ve sold over 50% of available lots in the first fortnight and are very pleased to be welcoming so many new residents to live in new North Harbour homes. Our events are encouraging many more people to come and see what we have to offer and Linda (our event-savvy Sales Associate) has been busy filling up the calendar for 2017.
Upcoming events for February and March include:
Movies in the Park, a visit from the DannyBoys Rockster Food Truck, B105FM live broadcast and a Heritage Tour of the historical sites in the North Harbour grounds. We’ll provide more information on these events as they get closer so to make sure you don’t miss out sign up to our regular SMS and email updates (see here) and like us on Facebook. There are also lots of opportunities to get involved in the North Harbour community such as regular boot camps in the Village Park.
