Where are we at?

There is already plenty to do at North Harbour. We have opened five parks including our $3M, riverside Heritage Park which includes mountain bike and walking trails. We now also have a café, childcare centre and a weekend open air dining precinct called Bite Markets at North Harbour. We are home to over 2000 residents and expect to welcome another 1000 residents in 2021 after an extremely busy 2020.

How does it work? 

North Harbour offers land for sale in Burpengary East from our sales office located at the entrance to the development on the corner of Buckley Road and Fraser Drive. With 28 stunning homes on display in the Display Village, we recommend you make a few visits to have a look what’s on offer. Our Sales team can discuss your land requirements, review your options with you, show you through the plans and take you on site to view your chosen block. The North Harbour Sales office and Display Village are open 10am-5pm, seven days a week (we do recommend calling ahead if you would like to visit a specific home, as builder hours can vary). f you haven’t already, we recommend you sign up for our news and updates.

If you already have a builder in mind, we will work with you to help you create your perfect home on your perfect block. We can also advise on which builder to choose if you have a certain block in mind and create the perfect house and land package for you.

Buying a New Home at North Harbour Just Got Even More Affordable with the HomeBuilder Grant

HomeBuilder Grant

North Harbour is one of the Brisbane region’s largest masterplanned communities offering excellent amenities to residents including five parks, plenty of open space, riverside mountain bike and walking trails, childcare centre, café and weekend open air dining precinct with more to come as the development grows.

The Federal Government’s HomeBuilder grant means that first home buyers could now be paying less than $350,000 for a brand-new home in this award-winning development. North Harbour Project Director Bryan Finney said the construction stimulus package was a “game changer’’ for many young families, both those looking to upgrade to a larger home and first home buyers.

Buying a New Home

“This is an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for first home buyers and also an extraordinary opportunity for anyone else upgrading to a new home,” Mr Finney said.

“First home buyers will save $40,000 on the cost of a new home by combining the $25,000 HomeBuilder grant and the $15,000 First Home Owner Grant,” he said.

“If you add in the extra savings over the life of a standard home loan, new home buyers will never get a break as good as this again.”

North Harbour house-and-land packages currently start at $389,900, which means an eligible first home buyer able to use both grants would pay only $349,900 for a brand new three-bedroom home with two bathrooms and a single garage.

The $25,000 HomeBuilder Grant also enables families wanting to upgrade to afford a larger home, in a great neighbourhood, for less. Four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes at North Harbour on a 400sqm block start at around the $430,000 mark. With the HomeBuilder Grant, this means that eligible buyers could be buying a new home for just over $400,000.
