New Display Village Grand Opening Street Party at North Harbour, Sat 28th July!
We’re very pleased to announce that we are officially opening North Harbour’s new 33 home Display Village on Saturday July 28th with a huge, Street Party, chock full of brand new designs to see from 17 of Australia’s best builders, free live music and entertainment and the chance to win $5,000 in prizes!
This event will go from 12 noon till 8pm and is free and fun for all ages. Full details will be available closer to the time but for now here’s the lowdown:
17 of Australia’s Best Builders
If you’re looking for houses for sale, you can’t go past the modern, innovative and stylish designs showcased by North Harbour’s 17 builder partners in our brand new Display Village. Eleven of our current builder partners are moving across the road with us: Stylemaster, GJ Gardner, Metricon, Hallmark, Coral, McLachlan, Pantha, Valeco, Bold Properties, Sunvista and Homes by CMA.
We’re very excited to also be welcoming six new builder partners to our new Display Village:
OJ Pippin, Oracle, Stroud, Burbank, Orbit and Intergrale.
Our 17 builders are hard at work completing their designs and getting ready for the Grand Opening, but if you’d like a preview, some of the homes will be open earlier in July, and we’ll announce each as they open on our Facebook page. Our new Sales & Information Centre is located on the corner of Buckley Road and Fraser Drive. It includes outdoor play equipment, a kids area and yes, we’ll have a café!
(FYI: Our current Display Village will be closing from the end of June as our builders open their new displays across the road. There are still some display houses for sale in the old Display Village. To enquire about houses for sale and land for sale in this area, please contact our Sales Team on 5433 1111).
$5,000 of Prizes
We’re offering a total prize pool of $5,000 with our passport competition. When you arrive, head into the Sales & Information Centre and grab your passport. Then, visit each Display Village builder and get your passport stamped at each one (there are 17 stamps to collect). Drop it back into us at the Sales Centre in one of the specially marked letterboxes and you’re in with a chance to win!
First prize: $2,500 VISA CARD
Second prize: $1,500 VISA CARD
Third prize: $500 VISA CARD
Plus 5 runners up prizes of a $100 VISA CARD (total $500)
(Please note, this competition is for over 18s only but there will be plenty of giveaways for kids of all ages on the day.)
Free Entertainment – Taking it to the Street!
The Street Party kicks off at 12 noon and it’s going to be HUGE! We’ll have live music from solo artists performing throughout the day as well as a DJ pumping out the tunes to get you in the festive mood. We’ll also have free activities for the family including: Animal farm, giant slide, climbing wall, face painting and a jumping castle. There’ll even be roving entertainment including a magician, juggler, stilt walker, clown, unicycler, acrobat and balloon artists to keep the Street Party fun flowing!
As the day draws to a close, settle down with some free popcorn and enjoy our outdoor cinema presentation “Jumanji” which starts at 5pm. The Street Party finishes in style at 7:45pm with a massive fireworks display!
Food & Drink Options
There will be plenty of food and beverage options available for purchase on the day including: Coffee, Ice cream, Tornado potato, Fish & chips, Burgers and Pizza as well as a variety of options available from our brand new North Harbour Café! (confirm with Sam)
