Get Fit with North Harbour’s Awesome Outdoor Exercise Equipment

Outdoor Exercise Equipment in Burpengary East

On completion of our masterplan, North Harbour will be home to 1000 acres of open space and parklands, an area approximately the size of 600 football fields which is more than half of our entire site. With five parks currently open at North Harbour and two more due to open in 2022, each park has something unique to offer from exercise equipment in our Burpengary East location to off leash dog play areas. Each park is also designed to connect through bike and walking tracks as part of the North Harbour masterplan.

The Village Park: The Village Park was the first park to open at North Harbour in 2015 and offers play equipment suitable for older and younger children, plenty of space to play, BBQ and picnic shelters, and free Wi-Fi! The Village Park is also the home of Cam’s Boot Camp and is a popular central meeting place for families in our community.

Reflections Park: Reflections opened in 2017 and is located at the western corner of North Harbour, adjacent to Raff Creek Eco-Corridor. With play equipment for younger children, Reflections has plenty of flat space around for running around and exercise equipment for park patrons to enjoy.

Riparian Park: Riparian Park opened in May 2019 and offers an expansive space for residents to enjoy, even having hosted the inaugural community cricket match between neighbourhood streets! With a flying fox, plenty of play equipment, fitness equipment and half basketball court, Riparian Park also continues the stretch of bike tracks and walking tracks along Mornington Parade which begin at Reflections Park.

Habitat Park: Habitat Park also opened in 2019 and offers much-loved off-leash dog areas with plenty of space and play equipment for your dog. Habitat Park also includes play equipment for kids, outdoor fitness equipment, BBQs and shelters and wetlands.

Heritage Park: One of the most exciting and unique parts of the North Harbour masterplan is our Heritage Park which is located along the banks of Caboolture River. Heritage Park is the site of the original “Morayfields” settlement which dates from 1861 and was the first European settlement in the district. The Heritage Park area includes 6kms of riverside mountain bike trails, picnic and BBQ areas, walking trails and is the home of our free fitness events, Saturday’s North Harbour parkrun and Sunday’s Sunrise Yoga in the Park. More details on these events can be found below. Heritage Park is open 6am-sunset, every day.

1000 Acres of Open Space and Parks

One of the main drivers of our record sales has been the amount of open space and parkland at North Harbour. Our proposed parks and community facilities will cover more than half of the North Harbour site at a total of 1000 acres, an area approximately the size of 600 football fields. Each park in North Harbour has something unique to offer and is designed to connect through bike and walking tracks as part of the North Harbour masterplan. We currently have five parks open with one more planned to open in late 2021.

The Village Park: The Village Park was the first park to open at North Harbour in 2015 and offers play equipment suitable for older and younger children, plenty of space to run around in, BBQ and picnic shelters, and free Wi-Fi! The Village Park is also the home of Cam’s Boot Camp and is a popular central meeting place for families in our community.

Reflections Park: Reflections opened in 2017 and is located at the western corner of North Harbour, adjacent to Raff Creek Eco-Corridor. With play equipment for younger children, Reflections has plenty of flat space around for playing, and fitness equipment for adult use.

Riparian Park: Riparian Park opened in May 2019 and offers a flying fox, heaps of play equipment, fitness equipment and half basketball court. Riparian Park also continues the stretch of bike tracks and walking tracks along Mornington Parade which begin at Reflections Park.

Habitat Park: Habitat Park opened in June 2019 and offers two off-leash dog areas with doggy play equipment. Habitat Park also includes play equipment for kids, fitness equipment, BBQs and shelters and wetlands.

Heritage Park: One of the most exciting and unique parts of the North Harbour masterplan is our Heritage Park which is located along the banks of Caboolture River.
