Welcome to this week’s North Harbour Blog. This week we’re discussing our new website and the various ways we communicate with both prospective customers and current residents. Plus, a focus on our Display Village builder Coral Homes and a reminder of the ways First Home Buyers can buy now and save $$$.

If you’re in the market for a new home and land package, hopefully by now you’ve had a look through our new website, ‘liked’ our Facebook page and signed up to receive emails and SMS reminders from us.

As our development has grown, so has the need for us to communicate with our prospective buyers, residents and community partners in different ways. This week we launched a new email service – direct Home and Land packages into your mailbox – and soon you’ll be receiving your first official monthly North Harbour email newsletter. We’ll be including news, upcoming events from us and our community partners and general info about life in and around North Harbour.

Our community is also developing under its own steam with a thriving community facebook page now the best place to meet prospective neighbours and find latest news, services and so on. If you’re already a resident at North Harbour or would like to meet some of your neighbours before you move in, the best place to visit is the North Harbour Community group on Facebook.

The First Home Buyers Grant of a $20,000 one-off payment towards the purchase of a new home has been extended until December 2017. The grant is only available to those buying their first home in Australia who meet all the eligibility criteria including age, citizenship status and price of property.
