Coral Homes is a long time builder partner of North Harbour’s being the first builder to open a Display Home in the first North Harbour Display Village in March 2016. We love working with the Coral Homes team and Coral is one of the largest and most respected home builders in Australia.

The Lisbon 31 by Coral Homes 

If you are looking for a family friendly single storey Hamptons home, then look no further. Coral Homes has developed a show stopping design we’re pleased to have here at North Harbour. With dark timber floorboards, feature walls with panelling, white French doors and shaker cabinetry, the Lisbon 31 has it all. This home design features four bedrooms, three living areas, two bathrooms and a double garage. 

The Lisbon 31’s charming Hamptons façade boasts an abundance of street appeal. Beautiful masonry render coated in Dulux® Flooded Gum is featured, accompanied by masonry render corbel band in Dulux® White on White. The feature cladding is coated in Dulux® Dieskau and is classic and sophisticated in style. This detail to the façade truly represents a quintessential Hamptons home. The Colorbond Steel Custom Orb sheet metal gable roof perfectly complements the Colorbond Monument gutter and fascia. The Colorbond garage door is showcased in the colour Surfmist, tying together the complete Hamptons look and feel. The grand entryway to the home is executed with a 820mm wide Hume door with clear glass coated in Dulux® White on White, which matches the white Aluminium windows. The external porch floor tiling is courtesy of National Tiles® – in the beautiful French Pattern Oyster Grey Tumbled 600×600. The external lights were sourced from Beacon and act as a beautiful focal point to the front of the home. 

Inside you’ll be treated to spectacular feature walls in a range of Dulux® colours. From Unforgettable, Flooded Gum and Milton Moon, to Guild Grey, Silver Tea Set and Grey Baron. The main colour used throughout the home is Rottnest Island by Dulux®. 

This home wouldn’t be the sensation it is without Caesarstone® benchtops in both the kitchen (40mm) and the bathrooms (20mm), showcased in Statuario Nuvo from the supernatural ultra range. Exceptional kitchen cabinetry is provided by Laminex® from the colourtech ‘Shaker’ profile range with a matte finish in the colour White. This styling is repeated in the bathrooms. The feature splash back consists of Titan White subway tiles 300×100 from National Tiles. Both the door and drawer handles in the kitchen and bathroom are sourced from Hettich. The oversized Alfred 1 Pendant lights (in Chrome) are from Beacon and perfectly complete this Hamptons style kitchen. 

The internal flooring is Colours Wide Board in Oak Timeworn Light, a product from Carpet Call. The Bay of Islands carpet in colour Rainbow Falls is featured in all the bedrooms and is also a product of Carpet Call. The breathtaking Pietra Dis Basalto tiles in all the wet areas are supplied by National Tiles in the shade Beige Nat with a 600×600 dimension. 

Other features found in the wet areas include; 

• Caroma Artisan above counter round basins;  

• Caroma ‘Classic 1500’ (white) 1525mm long elongated oval bath; 
• Phoenix Vivid Slimline wall mixer in chrome; 
• Caroma Pin Chrome multi function rail shower; and a 
• Elegance Modern semi-frameless screen 

The feature wainscoting in the entry was created using Easycraft, adding an elegant touch to the entrance hallway. There’s also 92mm x 18mm Skirtings, 67mm x 18mm Architraves and 2550mm high ceilings throughout the entire house. The feature lighting setting off the dining area was also sourced from Beacon and is their Southampton 6 Light Pendant in antique black.

Visit Our Display Village

North Harbour’s Sales and Information Centre and Display Village are open seven days a week, 10am-5pm, located on the corner of Buckley Road and Fraser Drive. We also have a café, Havn, onsite which is open 6am-2pm Monday-Friday and 7am-3pm Saturdays and Sundays.
