Last Chance for $20,000 First Home Buyers Grant! Plus, Local Events Lighting Up North Harbour

If you’re gearing up to buy a new home – hopefully in time to receive the $20,000 First Home Buyer’s Grant – you might be facing an overwhelming amount of choices on what to do.

Firstly, it is vital that you get your contract (both for your land and with your chosen builder) signed ASAP in order to be eligible for the $20,000! The Grant ENDS on December 31^st so if you are wanting to buy, please get in quick and make sure you check your eligibility.

Eligible recipients must be:

– at least 18 years old and an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
– purchasing a new property under $750,000
–– receiving the grant for the first time
