Real Estate at North Harbour

Real Estate

The Real Estate industry has been given a decisive boost by the Federal Government’s HomeBuilder Grant, which has seen buyers flocking to North Harbour to take the opportunity to build their dream home.

North Harbour Project Director Bryan Finney said the Covid-19 Australia construction stimulus package is a “game changer’’ for many young families. “This is an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for first home buyers and also an extraordinary opportunity for anyone else upgrading to a new home,” Mr Finney said.

First home buyers will save $40,000 on the cost of a new home by combining the $25,000 HomeBuilder Grant and the $15,000 First Home Owner Grant,” he said. “If you add in the extra savings over the life of a standard home loan, new home buyers will never get a break as good as this again.”
