Stage 11 House and Land Packages Have Lift-Off!

It’s been a warm week in South East Queensland (fortunately North Harbour is usually a few degrees cooler being so close to the water and getting that great sea breeze). This week seems to have flown past (like one of those butterflies we’re seeing everywhere) and we’re already hearing Christmas bells faintly jangling at North Harbour!

Yesterday saw the launch of Stage 11, The Norfolk Release. Norfolk offers Lot sizes from 400m2 – 640m2 on a variety of block types including Traditional, Courtyard and Premium Villa. We have created a number of house and land packages in Stage 11 for a diverse range of needs including First Home Buyers keen to take advantage of the current $20,000 First Home Buyer’s Grant. 

Provided by the State Government, the First Home Buyers Grant is only available to those buying their first home in Australia who meet all the eligibility criteria. The Grant has been at $20,000 since July 1^st, 2016 and won’t be around forever, so if you are thinking of buying but not sure if you can afford it – don’t put it off, talk to a financial advisor now. A good financial planner can help you towards your goals. We also have builders in our Display Village who specialise in helping First Home Buyers so do drop in to see us at the Sales Office for a point in the right direction.

• Sunday 28^th November – Ja Joint Bus is spicing up the Display Village with free Jamaican food, music and a heap of soul.
• Saturday 3^rd December – We’ll be joining the fun at the Burpengary Christmas Spectacular. This event is great fun for all the family with rides, entertainment and market stalls, Christmas carols and a Burpengary’s got talent competition.
